Incredibly RUDE!! On 2 occasions, I approached the ladies with VERY simple tasks, and BOTH times the garments were off....WAY OFF. To make matters even worse, I pointed out the clear mistakes and was told the following, " Ask, Ask , Ask, all you do is ASK!!" Now, keep in mind, I am a paying customer that brings in all my alteration needs AND I work in TV, at a major network studio in the area, and have referred MANY colleagues to this business. Over the past year, the quality of work is embarrassing bad and to be treated so rudely to top it off??? NO WAY!! NEVER AGAIN!!! There are 4 alteration shops on the next 2 blocks up... MUCH better work, consistent and great customer service! GO THERE instead!!

don't go. i had a beautiful silk dress that needed to be taken in. when i brought it home it wouldn't fit over my head easily. i went back . she told me that 16" is wide enough and that i should do my hair and makeup after i put the dress on. brilliant, don't you think?

Great place. I had a hole in my slacks and called to get a price estimate. A woman gave me a cheap price so I drove up to the establishment and handed over my pants. Once she saw them, she said it would be more work and a little more expensive but she would stand with the price she had already given me. That was a huge plus. Once I recieved my pants, I was VERY satisfied. It was a great stitch job. I definitely will be bringing all of my alteration needs here.
