They have great paint and great sales. The employees at our neighborhood store are very helpful, knowledgeable and approachable. They smile and ask how they can help. It seems like in the past, I used to have to wait, but the past several times, there were enough employees and they were quick mixing the paint and ringing me up. And they are great in helping with paint and color decisions!

I had a wonderful experience with the Grande store today! I had a mix up with a couple of my paint colors and the paint availability to get it fixed was an issue but they went out of their way to make it right. With all the staffing and supply issues right now businesses seem to be letting customer service slip but this Sherwin Williams store is still providing excellent service. Thank you for taking care of your customers!

The workers are nice and helpful but I would advise against ordering online - or if you do, you have to make sure to call and/or go in rather than waiting to get the confirmation. The last two times I’ve done an online order, I have ended up walking in to a quiet store and had to ask them to check for it and then complete it. If I hadn’t walked in, I am sure our work day would have been wasted while we obediently waited for them to communicate with us, which is what the website tells you to do.
