I understand they were short staffed during a sale but the gal who helped me did not seem to have the knowledge most employee's who have helped me in the past had. When they were out of one of the sheens I was looking for in a paint I asked if I could get a rain check she said that would have to come from a manager & there wasn't one there. I was asking about the new paint I had seen advertised for cabinets & doors & she said they didn't have anything like that but I had talked to a lady at the store in Poulsbo who was the one who told me about it. If I had wanted to drive 25 miles I would have gone to the other store where they were much more helpful. I ended up buying 5 gallons of paint & the gal put it in a box & no one offered to help me out with it. I'm no spring chicken. I had to ask someone to help me put it in my car.

The store provided phone and online ordering service. My order was picked up curbside and was actually delivered to my cars cargo space. No touch service was a big plus for me. Great company. I will continue to buy here as I have done in the past.

Alex is a gem, just loaded up on paint and supplies for a project. His suggestions were spot on and he helped me save a bunch of money. Thanks SW Silverdale and especially Alex!
