Although the product that I needed was not available, they called several stores and located the product. THANK YOU!

Arrived 10 minutes before closing and was told that they couldn’t sell me the paint I needed because they were closing in 10 minutes??? What kind of service is that? If you are in the store you should be allowed to complete your purchase. Really disappointed.

Horrible customer service!!!. I brought in an old swatch for paint I was trying to match. They asked me to leave it and I specifically told them I wanted it back because it's the only way I can check if the mix they made matched my wall. Twice in one day, while waiting, waiting, waiting, I had to come back because they couldn't do it while I was there. The next day, I come back and they lost the swatch and their attitude was "too bad". Actually they were quiet rude about it, slamming an old book of swatches in front of me and saying "see, here it is". And of course while I, a female, was waiting for them half a dozen male customers walked in behind and just had to be waited upon first. Even while I was there another customer was complaining that they gave him the wrong base. DON"T USE THIS STORE. Miller Paints is just across the street and they are much more professional.
