I've always thought this was a good agency or group but man was I wrong. Dealing with them is like a game of roulette. I know several tenants and past tenants even owners that allowed them to manage their properties and no one has anything good to say about the way they do business. It's one of those things you have to see for yourself but remember when you get burned I warned you of them.
So here it is absolutely do not deal with this company or do so at your own risk...

DONT NOT RENT FROM THESE SCAMMERS. These guys will rent you out a place thats full of roaches and bed bugs and mold and try to act like they were not aware. The owner here is a real PITA to deal with he is very hostile. I will never rent from these scammers or recommend them to ANYONE.

Just the typical reality company. Overcharged for rent, never get your deposit back, and they never fix anything. Overall they are not as bad as they used to be. We pay our rent on time. They don't complain much about us. So probably As Good As It Gets with any Realty Company. I would recommend them the same as any other. Not that I would actually recommend any. LOL
