Most awkward experience with the employees in this store. When you walk in there is no one to great you or check how you are doing. All the female workers were huddled in a corner behind the counter. I stood in line to pay for a pair of pants and all they did was stare until another customer asked if this was the line. Management needs to do better with who they hire.

They have an employee name Fiorella Ortuno from store 57 the Palmdale location . She went above and beyond to help us find a perfect 🤩 pair of shoes. Even offering to clean a little dirt off one of the shoes that we didn’t even pick up on .. If y’all ever shopping in this location stop by and say hi 👋 to her she is absolutely amazing 🤩.

Great wonderful store always good vibes and energy. Me and my family are always greeted as we enter. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Rachel I believe is her name the store manager always goes above and beyond even when items may not be at her location. She calls around and see where we can find it. I will definitely continue to shop at the Palmdale location.
