TBH, I am giving 5 stars because I want the $10 off my next payment for writing a review. When I called the customer service number they gave me numbers for the price of the unit which did not correlate with what is online. I went in to fill out the rental paperwork and the friendly person working the e front desk said there was no record I had reserved a unit from earlier that day. When going into A building alot of strange, furtive individuals in there. There was a soiled mattress and bedspring sitting in the hallway that made the place stink.

I have really enjoyed renting here. It's clean. Its very reasonible in price and i like the location. When i have called though to speak in person the office phone hardly picks and my call didnt get returned as soon as i liked but the problem was eventually solved and i was able to pay online from then on as i liked. The staff knew exactly what to do that i needed help with. It was nice.

The staff was friendly, accommodating and professional. The facility itself is spotless. I will be a new tenant soon and fully expect all interactions to be as good as they were getting things set-up.
