I had the fortune and pleasure to work with Payman Shilian in both finding my current home and selling my previous home. I honestly could not have asked for any one better or can think of anything that could have made the process any better. Payman is absolute professional and was there every step of the way ensuring that my wife and I were routinely updated and informed all the major moving parts. More importantly, Payman always put our interest first, was exceptionally tactical and strategic in his approach and his vast knowledge of the overall market and the process combined with his negotiation tactics put our mind at ease that were were making the right decisions every step of the way. I have bought two condos in Westwood with Payman as my agent over a period of 5 years, so I have substantial experience working with him. He is extremely trustworthy, and straightforward and has incredible negotiation skills. When he visited properties with me he always provided a fair assessment of the positive and negative features of each condo. He also was never pushy, and always worked with my best interest at heart. He has a very good standing in the community among other realtors, so we were able to get our offer accepted even though we were competing with buyers that had high all-cash offers. He works incredibly hard during the negotiation phase and is thus able to get substantial benefits for his clients.
