Worst service experience I've ever had. My car had a recall. The shop called to set up my service and scheduled it for a week out. When I arrived Thursday evening to drop the car off, it was like a surprise to them that I was there the night before, even though I confirmed Wednesday the time of drop off and that I'd be picking up a loaner. When given the loaner car it was a small 5 seater, my car is an 8 seater because I have 5 kids, couldn't even legally fit my kids in the car, the rental car advisor just shrugged it off. Now it's Friday my appointment was scheduled for 8am, was told it would take about 2-3 hours for the repair & oil change. Told the service adjuster I would be there at 3pm Friday. Show up... no car. They DIDN'T HAVE THE PARTS FOR THE RECALL REPAIR!!! How do you not have the parts for a service you scheduled?? Mind you I live over an hour away and made that trip out for NOTHING. I had a family trip planned for that weekend. So I had to get a DIFFERENT loaner so that I could actually fit my family. We were actually planning on upgrading our car, and we did, with a different dealer, because I will NEVER deal with this shop or dealer again. I am extremely disappointed and highly recommend taking your car elsewhere.
