My husband and I worked with Shiny to buy our first home earlier this year. Needless to say we were novices and needed some good guidance. Shiny took us on and walked us through the process so patiently and with so much interest. She definitely got us more excited about the home hunting process, which we were till then finding very daunting. We got to work right away, she gave us an overview of the process, what to expect, the crazy market conditions, etc. She constantly gave us insights on what to look for and what to ignore. I am amazed at her enthusiasm and un-ending patience. She took time to understand what my husband and I liked, who we are, sometimes even without us telling her.She was always willing to come out to check out a new place in short notice, no matter the distance. During closing, she stayed on top of the closing process and constantly followed up with the mortgage company and sellers agent to ensure timely progress. We never felt like we were alone in this process, and that made us feel confident. I want to summarize by saying that my husband and I are confident that we had a seamless and smooth home buying experience, thanks to Shiny. She is such a personable, thoughtful, passionate and diligent person and its always a great pleasure interacting with her. I wish her the very best! I have worked with Shiny, and she has been excellent throughout the entire process. She is very dedicated, detail oriented, knowledgeable, hardworking, always on top of getting any information that I needed. I really appreciate the efforts she put in finding the right house for me. I was very pleased with her services as she was always quick to respond to all my queries and she would stay connected and keep me informed of any house that was on market in Redmond.
