Since early 2024, this is not a UPS store anymore. Most of the reviews below are irrelevant.

I don't know why they're not a UPS store anymore, but one star for not taking Amazon returns (which is probably the only reason I use a shipping store)

Poor business practice of charging $1 for using their tape. I bought a roll of tape and asked them if I could donate it to anyone else who needed to use tape. They said no.
