If you're thinking about using shipday for your restaurant deliveries, "Don't" The support is non-existent. They never call back or respond to questions or real-time for delivery issues. I tried canceling the service, and the only way to do it downgrade to the free version and pay one month service fee???? I also tried inquiring on how to view my deliveries/charges as I can only view the monthly service charge. This company has no real customer service. I do not recommend their services.
Shipday's representative has been calling our small business 2x daily for almost 3 weeks. They have been asked repeatedly to stop calling, and to send communication via email so that we can look over the information, and set up a meeting if we are interested. We are a skeleton crew, with owners also the operation management, we simply cannot be pulled off the floor for these calls. The rep has been informed as much on each call.
The representative refuses to send an email, in her own words "no, I did not send email" when asked if she has yet. Her response has been "we have 5 star reviews, it'll save you money." then she skirts the question of an email.
If you are trying to make a sale, but cannot or simply refuse to send a corporate email, from a corporate email address, you most likely are not someone any business will or should deal with.
