She is very attentive, thorough, and pleasant to talk to. Wonderful doctor.

Dr Chen was wonderful. She is an ankle specialist and I gave a fractured ankle. She explained everything very clearly and answered all of my questions. She was also very concerned that Sutter's call center didn't get me in for THREE WEEKS, instead of a day or two. I would recommend her to anyone that needs a podiatrist specialist. The moment I checked in, she sent me to xray without making me wait. After the xray, I was called within 3 minutes. After seeing her, I showed her my baby toe, which I injured separately from my ankle. She ordered xrays, I got in almost immediately and as i was walking out of the xray department, she was already calling me with results that it was not broken. I cannot say enough good things about her. Thank you doctor!

I chose Dr. Chen because she is a part of the Sutter Hospital group and I know the location she is at.
From the time with reception, to initial contact with nurse and conversation with Dr. Chen it was a good experience.
Dr. Chen explained my options, I chose to delay procedure for 1 week as we are leaving for a trip. She explained procedure clearly. I felt very confident with the conversation and left like I knew exactly what to do next. I made a follow-up visit.
I do recommend Dr, Chen.
