People at the office are very rude... I've payed formy insurance and I have questions sometimes about my policy. They seem to not be able to answer questions. I've asked a question on several occasions due to not understanding how something works. The response was I'm done wasting my time on this. I've asked on 2 separate occasions the lady gets very frustrated fast and seems very frazzled. Rude customer service....
