It doesn't look like much from the outside, but inside there it is all skylights, falling water, and those cute plants that go on the wall. The high ceilings and beautiful wooden floors inspire higher thoughts.

I love this studio! All the instructors are really friendly and take the time to help you with your poses. My favorite class is the Trapeze yoga class, so much fun!

I love this studio. It's centrally located in downtown SJ, easy to find parking, and the instructors are wonderful. The studio is so calming with tall ceilings, beautiful skylights, flowy curtains and lots of plants. They have an incredible introductory offer where you can try it for free for a week. I highly recommend. Hope they will offer a 6am class.
