Desiree was so helpful and informative. She helped me and educated me on some shoes I wasn’t familiar with- Birkenstocks. She gave me some really good tips and recommendations on some river shoes. I really appreciated her taking the time to explain things to me and it was nice learning!

I asked for them to get another size shoe for my daughter and was asked if we were going to buy them first. Apparently the store has an expectation that you don’t try on “more expensive” shoes before buying. They then proceeded to stand guard while she tried them on and when I vocalized frustration with this expectation to just buy without trying on another customer asked what the policy was and then the store told me to leave for “talking like that” aka repeating their policy. Absolutely despicable treatment.

The men’s shoe section felt limited with styles and brands for tennis shoes than they have in the past. I feel like all the shoes are the same just different colors. But the prices aren’t too bad.
