I bought two pair of the Jordan XI on the release date. My son’s father bought him the same pair I did so I tried to return them today. I was told by management that they did not have enough cash to refund me $170.00 plus tax and was asked to return them on a different day. I spent almost $400.00 when I made the original purchase but they can’t refund me half of that lol. I told management that I drive a Porsche truck and my gas one way to come here is $40. So driving home and coming back another day is basically the amount of the shoe. How inconvenient....Now I have to keep going back in hopes of them having enough money to refund me my little $170.00 I should have followed my first mind and went to Footlocker!

I would rate this place with no stars if I could, but not an option unfortunately. Lauren was very rude and unprofessional! I asked a simple question about a deal and the response she gave me was super rude and nasty! She wasn't bothered by the way she was treating a PAYING customer. I'm a business owner, and if I ever witnessed one of my employees mistreating my clients, no matter what the circumstances are of the employee, they would be fired on the spot. No excuses for POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

My son wanted a pair of shoes with xmas money so we went to mall. First store was this 1 so I Asked a person if they worked there as she was folding clothes. Rude from the start with attitude replys stating she does with that im obviouslyfoldingclothes attitude. I ask for a certain shoe was available she was rude but basically said no. Asked if she could size my sons foot she said no. At this point she made it clear she didnt want to help me.
How are you a shoe store an not know how to size shoes? I yelled an left. Purchased shoes in a different store an have told many people in mall day after Christmas not to ever go to your store after the horrible experience.
foot locker was able to help me size him and didn't even carry the shoe we wanted go figure
The customer service was better across the way. Would never recommend this place
