Bought shoes, had to return them because sales person didn't remove ink security tag, drove 50 miles there and 50 back just to get tag off, they didn't even offer a discount for another purchse for my trouble,, they just lost a customer...

Marty here from out of town. The young lady, Maddie who I worked was the most polite and accommodating person one could ask for. I had an issue with a particular shoe and the laces breaking at the loop on the shoe. We went through numerous pairs and she was helpful the whole time. We decided it was a shoe issue and she helped me find an alternative. So beyond helping with the issue she was wonderfully happy taking care of the whole thing. A wonderful face for the company and a really nice person who could not have been nicer. well done. Dr Matus

Jessica at the Yankton, South Dakota store was very helpful and her suggestions for my orthotic inserts were good advice. I really appreciated the customer service I received and my shoes were shipped later that day.
