I like the job done. But please update your store hours. It’s a Sunday at 12:55pm and your store is closed. It says online that you should be open from 11am to 4pm on Sundays. It is not a holiday nor are there any special events. I don’t know if this is a common occurrence in Thousand Oaks but this is the third time I’m writing about this and it is getting irritating.

Worst shoe repair shop in the area. The two guys that work there have no idea of what a proper shoe repair is. The repair was $50 very expensive for the quality of work they provided. Almost expensive as a new pair of boots. I took to repair my pair of Beige UGG boots and they used White thread on the brown soles very sloppy job Can't believe they are still in business
