I ordered 12 yards of "planting mix" for my new garden along with a yard of "organic compost" and have found pieces of plastic, bits of rubber, other trash and broken glass in both. I am worried about how this will effect my plants and the health of the food I'm growing but I can't take it back. It also doesn't hold moisture and dries out in an hour after watering because it's very sandy. Don't order this if you're looking for good quality soil.

Wouldn’t waste my time anymore I have hauled just a few loads “ about 100+ loads” of dirt, rock, bark, pea gravel ect need a more efficient work system and there materiel is low grade at best garden mix has huge clumps of sand and clay throughout entire load 3/4 - clean is not clean it’s dirty with fine sand and dirt bad customer service and employees don’t follow trough with returning calls or doing what They say they would didn’t receive a call until. I called the main office and complained not All of that is their fault the main office could, have more help in the yard or have actual loading procedures and somebody to actually answer the phone can’t get through on the phone can’t make a sale.when loading half the loader operators don’t know where the product is or if they have it and on top of that they have no clue as to what a yard or material is. either under loaded or over loaded. To get accurate yardage scales would be great improvement to getting what you pay for any large business that deals in trucking is 99.9% done on a scale the dump, quarry’s, gravel pits, ect your causing a liability overloading small dump trucks & pickups without a scale getting pulled over by WSP DOT huge fine for over loaded Vehicles not to mention the potential for a HUGE accident!
