I have had my fair share of mistakes at the pharmacy with them losing prescriptions to completely giving the wring instructions on the bottle. But I do have to say they have been more on top of it in the past couple months and I have not had issues just confusions about coverage. Besides that they I think have a brighter future ahead .

First, the exterior of the place is tuff to look at the large timber like construction hasn’t been cleaned or stained since it opened. The glass above the entrance is filthy that’s not a one winter collection of debris and staining. Place doesn’t look inviting this isn’t surrey business owner needs to show some pride. JMHO
Also for a shoppers their vitamin and mineral selection is poorly organized and poorly stocked. For a “shoppers” outlet

I am not at all impressed with this location of Shoppers Drug Mart. The post office is excellent and so is the cosmetics department. BUT the pharmacy is not helpful at all. I'm not a regular customer so that could be the reason for the poor customer service. I needed to ask a question of the pharmacist. In October I waited in line while the pharmacist spent 15 minutes with the person ahead of me. When it was my turn, he was very brusque and brushed me off. It was a very simple question regarding ear plugs. I ran out two days ago, and visited the pharmacy and saw there was a different pharmacist and since there was no one in line, I asked the same question. Same response, brusque and I felt brushed off yet again. I am usually a patient person but today was another demonstration that the management of this store doesn't have customer service as a goal. The store has put in self-serve checkouts. Today there was one clerk and she was dealing with someone playing Keno and the lottery. I waited almost 10 minutes. I won't use the self-serve check outs for two reasons. First, I prefer to pay cash and second, I think that self serve check outs put people out of work. I'm sorry for the length of this review but the last 3/4 visits have been very unpleasant. Again, the post office is GREAT. They do a great job!
