I have been dropping off my prescriptions at this location for the last 5 yrs. The last 6 months have been horrible for getting my prescriptions done here. It's truly disappointing as this is my go to location. On May 16th I went with my daughter and dropped off a prescription for her. We physically came into this location directly after her Drs apt. We physically handed over the prescription and because she didn't have a file with this particular location, we proceeded to start one for her. Even had to show them her school ID etc. It's been 3 weeks and they have yet to fill the prescription. I called this afternoon and they have no record of the perscitpion on file??? How is that possible? We physically dropped it off!!! We went through the entire process of starting a file for her. This is the same location I have been dropping perscriptions off at for 5yrs! The pharmacist insists we didn't drop off at that location and that the Willoughby location filled the script!?!? Well why would they? I physically came into the Langley crossing location!!! She insists the Drs office faxed it to the Willoughby location. Even so, even if it got faxed to the other location too, my daughter and I physically came in on May 16th to the Langley crossing location and dropped off the prescription, how do you have no record of that? It's vanished! Poof! Into thin air! How is that possible? It's not! The pharmacist eventually resorted to gaslighting me and insisting I dropped it off at another location. No! I did not! Considering I had other prescriptions filled that day for myself at this location too. Iam beyond frustrated that she won't admit they made a mistake! And that they lost my daughter's prescription. Instead she resorts to gaslighting me, absolutely horrific!
I've sent over a photo of proof that I got another perscrtpition for myself that day. Store location and number at the top of the image and date on the bottom. Please don't insist I'm crazy and went to a different location. Ridiculous! Super disappointed that I was made to feel that way.
Such an amazing and helpful pharmacy team. Cannot say enough about how professional, patient and simply wonderful they are. Thank you for all your help! Will definitely be my go to for all my prescriptions
