possibly the worst shoppers pharmacy in the entire province, had an account for years went in to refill a prescription and change my health insurance plan because of a different job. was told multiple times that i had no account there until they "magically" found it and then proceeded to tell me the insurance card i had was not valid or "just not showing up" called back to try and confirm what the issue was and was given a "we cant help you" you deal in medication, laziness isn't an excuse, i advise anyone to go to the other shoppers up the road its worth another 10 minutes and no hassle after.

Rude pharmacist. Have insurance in Ontario. Couldn't figure out why the card was not being accepted into the system. Said something about TELUS health to me but it didn't make sense. Maybe the wrong account was being looked at? Rude pharmacist said I had an attitude and tone- but I didn't raise my voice nor swear. I was frustrated albeit. In the end he said he won't help me and said I'll have to pay and manually submit my claim to insurance. I just found the service soo unhelpful after an ordeal at the dentist and having to get a root canal. I'm in alot of pain. Understanding and customer service clearly lacking..and as said in a different review- you deal with drugs. And unwell clients at times. It's time to provide a professional level of service. Worst experience at a shoppers drug mart

Apparently old people appear to be invisible. Waited at pharmacy while the girls attended to two people who came in after me. After helping everyone else she chose to still ignore me and went to do something else. I actually had to raise my voice. Went back later to pick up my prescription and I got treated even worse. Will change to LD. Usually Shoppers is pretty good but I'm afraid that is unacceptable. I'm 78 and don't need this disrespect
