It's a water company. Customer service, although polite is at a minimum. I would go into details, but I am sure those who read this will have dealt with the dismissive structures of bureaucracies. It's their self-serving incredulousness that is hard to take. I've had no real experience with these people, but each time I have had contact I have come away feeling diminished. If I could go somewhere else for service I certainly would.
