Rude staff. Informed of the new additional fee for a mattress. Once at the window to pay, charged the fee for the mattress and box spring. 'we saw you had 2 mattresses!'. No, just one mattress and one box spring. Doesn't matter. Increases price another $60. How does this make sense? Well, according to the cashier, the mattresses are catching fire in landfills and are being used for insulation. Okaaaay.....why the fee for the box spring? No answer, but handed the info flyer. Attitudes there have changed, new fees just go into effect without notice. Welcome to king county.

Did an annual clean up for my garage it was super cluttered but got it all cleaned up and loaded up the kids to take them here they loved seeing how everything worked got excited seeing all the machines operate. Staff is super friendly and helpful had 30 paint cans needed to throw out, couldn’t dump them here, but the guy told me where I could take them

You need to show proof of residence or work in king county, but NOT SEATTLE (and Milton). The staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly. And they accept so many types of materials for recycling! It's not trash, it's a resource!
