Overpriced, overselling, poor service...the entire maintenance department quit and started their own company, which is why they are out of business.

Installed a Generac Power system last year in Aug (8/21). It is supposed to have warranty. When I called their phone number as shown in the Google browser, it says the number is not serviced any longer. Tried to reach them by email. They don't have any email address or phone number related to servicing. Big disappointment.

Afraid I have to pile on with other dissatisfied customers. After learning that the individual who initially scoped our whole-house generator solution was no longer with the company, it was like pulling teeth to get a date set for the install.
They were johnny-on-the-spot when it came to collecting a deposit, and then disappeared. Finally heard from them today after a 11/11/21 deposit & contract signing. And the reason I heard from them today? They needed to tell me that they would be issuing a refund on the deposit -- some time in the next 6 weeks.
Avoid at all costs.
