This is the best person running a repair shop I ever met. Did great work and only charged me for the time it took him to do the work. Not the book time. He also tracked down the recall info that the dealer did have. Great job great person.

Always a great experience with Mike & Shannon. If you're looking for an "honest mechanic", look no further. Their prices are the most reasonable I've found and their work is excellent. From my Dodge diesel to my wife's Acura, they can do it all.

My clutch was starting to slip occasionally, and given the mileage on my car, I knew it was time to replace it. So I started looking at reviews online and calling around for quotes. Not only was Shortee's significantly cheaper than everyone else in the area, they had good reviews on Yelp and were really friendly. Shannon made everything easy, she even saved the quote that she gave me while I was still shopping around. So I made the appointment (a couple weeks ahead of time as they've been busy lately). Today I got my car back, and so far, I'm really impressed. I talked to Shannon and Mike when I picked it up (I think they're the owners) and they're both very friendly, talked to me about the overall condition of my car. They even thought that my car might need new spark plugs (it takes some kind of fancy spark plugs that aren't cheap) and I thought I'd had them replaced already, but wasn't sure so I said, go ahead and take a look. When I picked the car up today, they said that the plugs looked great and didn't need to be replaced. I'm always impressed when an auto shop tells you you DON'T need something replaced. They've definitely got my business in the future.
