Found my new bike shop! I ordered an e-bike online and it arrived with the hydraulic brakes unusable. Other shops were booked out for a month - but Mike was able to come by the very next day. He was honest about some of the challenges and set expectations for when he should be able to have it fixed. While awaiting information from the manufacturer, Mike and his team were able to get the bike working and quickly got it back to me. Really happy with the service, great communication and promptness of everything. Now I can get out and enjoy the weather!
