The products I've bought are very cheaply made, bought the Visoki aromatherapy diffuser and thankfully bought the insurance because this is the second one replaced, keeps crapping out, won't turn off, unless completely unplugged, colour changed to a very light pink instead of the orange or blue it's suppost to be, now only blue works. Just bought the cool chill portable mini misting fan, mister worked for 10 mins and then water started coming out the bottom, shorting it out, no mist now, and it turns off and on by itself at random! I'm honestly afraid to leave it around my house, worried it might catch fire?! I mean come on! Make better products! I do want to say that the staff are phenomenal there, super friendly, very knowledgeable, very helpful and very understanding with the returns, just wish the products were made better....

Was shopping in the store, and a man started to harass me, making me very uncomfortable. The wonderful staff member SOPHIA took it upon herself to come and help me get out of the situation. She went above and beyond to make sure i was ok and even offered to call security to help me leave the mall without having them bother me. SOPHIA was so concerned for my safety she asked me how i was getting home and gave me suggestions and ideas on how to get home safely, which was greatly appreciated. Her kind words after the man left really helped me feel better. She is a godsend and overall phenomenal person. I will never forget her kindness, and i will keep shopping at showcase because of her assistance.

As a parent just trying to get by at Christmas like so many, I think it should be criminal to charge nearly THREE times the price for an item that other stores sell the SAME item for. Just because it was sold out at Walmart and elsewhere doesn’t mean you should rip people off. Which is all you are doing. Never shopping here again. Gross, what are you a pharmaceutical company??
