Not impressed with the customer service at all. I was charged $1.00 for a Tootsie pop sucker with the tootsie roll in the middle. You know... "How many licks does it take to get to the center of a Tootsie pop?"

I travel from Rainier, WA to Othello, WA dozens of times per year. Both business and pleasure. And Shree is a standard stop for me. Best fuel prices around Washington. Great food. Good customer service. Adequate amount of gas pumps for a busy station. Along with employees. And a large number of restroom facilities out front. It's location is very convenient to I-90 East or West.

There’s a sign way up high with a mega-lie of the highest order. It reads, in capital letters, “BEST FOOD EVER”. I will not disagree. If the food you’re looking for is so dried out it’s inedible shoe leather, then this is your place. Would not recommend.
