Due to several delays during our travel, my wife and I arrived extremely late. The front staff was present and very friendly. Being exhausted from a frustrating day of travel, the staff was sensitive to our situation and placed us in a room close to the office for quick and easy access. Arriving so late did not give us an opportunity to order breakfast for the following morning but to our pleasant surprise breakfast was provided directly to our room. Such a great experience.

This hotel is in a great location and very reasonably priced. Rooms have been refurbished and our deluxe room included a small kitchenette. No view to speak of (car park) and no balcony on the deluxe rooms so we’d have been better off having a cheaper room with a balcony overlooking the pool. ||Very cheerful welcome on arrival and staff very helpful. Great shop in lobby with all things ‘Sideways’. Complimentary coffee, tea etc. ||complimentary breakfast never arrived so we didn’t bother ordering for our second day and ate out in Solvang. ||Only downside really is that due to its very reasonable price, there are a lot of tradespeople and workmen staying who arrive and depart in noisy trucks, some very early in the morning. ||We had a comfortable stay and the hotel has lots of good points but probably wouldn’t stay again on our next visit to the area.

The staff is gracious and very helpful. It’s got just about everything you could want with the lounge, pool and fire pits. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. (I dropped a pill and had to look for it under furniture and didn’t find any dust bunnies.)||It’s noisy - that’s the nature of having a door to the outside. We could hear people walking around above us. ||You really need to push hard on the doors to ensure that it closed.
