The good news: Sierra Circuits makes a reasonably decent product for a very competitive price. The bad news: Their customer support STINKS. That's not a very professional word to use, but has become increasingly apparent over several attempts to obtain pricing, DFM information, even technical inquiries. Most recently, I calendared a 30-minute consultation with customer support - twice - confirmed on the website - but no one called or responded with the contact details. Prior to that, I had asked for ROM estimate on assembly - and got peppered with several irrelevant questions. We decided not to pursue the matter farther, and I have just about convinced my manager to drop this company from future consideration for any business.
