Tim was very helpful to us when our car broke down in Death Valley. Our car was towed into his shop on a holiday, and he was considerate of our time and situation. He even left us with a list of parts we needed and their prices.

Tim was a life saver for my wife and I. We were on our honeymoon and our Vanagon broke down in Lone Pine, it wouldn't start. We had it towed to the shop on Friday at about 2 pm. Tim quickly took a look at it and checked a few things, but there were no obvious problems so we pushed it in the shop. Tim worked on it Friday afternoon and even on Saturday even though they're normally closed. He didn't want our honeymoon delayed even more. He's also very knowledgeable about VWs. What a stand up, great guy. Thanks so much Tim!!!
