I've been part of the Sierra Management Group team for almost four years - initially hired as an X-Ray Tech at our Auburn location Urgent Care/Primary Care. Through working and learning with incredibly talented and passionate people, I quickly found myself immersed in the culture and mission of SMG. With our array of practices, no two days are the same - one day I may be taking X-Rays and splinting patients at one office, and the next setting up inventory in a new practice. Our work - life balance at SMG is unparalleled - from sponsored Spartan Races and white water rafting trips, to a staff softball team and holiday parties. Management makes a huge effort to foster talent and determination, making mobility within the company absolutely possible. The environment, staff, and my experience with providers and management is one of genuine appreciation and accountability from all sides. It is truly encouraging and motivating to be surrounded by people who have such a passion for independent medicine and I am proud to be a part of the mission.
