Chris called me back within 15 minutes, drove out and adjusted our springs the same day for a reasonable price, and he explained all our options! We had called 4 other places before him & everybody tried to sell us a new garage door, new springs, or charge us double the cost bc it was a small job. This company is "local" unlike the other companies that say they r local & sub contract out. Highly recommend!

Great Customer Service! Shout out to Chris. Extremely knowledgeable & friendly.
We called on short notice and Chris was able to fix our problem within 30 minutes. He also recognized future problems we will need to fix down the road.
