We leased a copier from Mark Stewart at Sierra Office Solutions as he assured us he would provide superior service. Instead, we have been incredibly disappointed with his lack of follow up as our printer has had continual problems.
For anyone contemplating leasing a copier from this company, I would strongly suggest going with another provider or be prepared for unprofessionalism and to be very frustrated.
We've been requesting toner for weeks as well as a customer service technician to visit as 2 of the 3 trays on our printer do not work.
Not only has Mark been unresponsive, but the story changes from I'm working on it to there is a nationwide shortage. Meanwhile, we cannot print color copies and are now paying a print shop to copy on our behalf.
The lack of professionalism and communication are totally unacceptable.
