Surprisingly amazing food created by a young genius chef named Justin, who learned his craft from brilliant chefs in upscale Spokane restaurants. The friendly crew & quality wines & nice venue made for a memorable evening. Justin came to Chelan to use local fruits & meats artistically presented & seasoned to a level higher than what I thought was perfection. Beef tenderloin with smoked cauliflower purée? Wow! Delicious! And for dessert? Lavender ice cream (homemade of course) & panna cotta, which I didn’t know until tonight…is my new fave dessert.
