I regret having to write this review because wedding dress shopping should be a joyful experience. Unfortunately, due to Signature’s poor business practices and unprofessional staff, my sister had $1,000 taken from her without receiving her dress or any follow-up communication. This review is intended to raise awareness about a company that not only misappropriates customers' money but also destroys what should be a memorable occasion. Avoid them at all costs!
Signature team, please avoid responding without taking responsibility, as has been your practice in the past.

The staff at the store went above and beyond to ensure I found exactly what I was looking for. The selection of dresses is amazing, offering a wide range of styles, colors, and sizes to choose from. I was truly able to find a dress that matched my personal style and made me feel like the best version of myself. The kindness and helpfulness of the staff, combined with the incredible selection of dresses, made finding my dream dress a stress-free and enjoyable experience.

I had the most amazing experience at Signature!! I have to leave in 3 days for a black tie wedding, and I’ve been struggling to find a dress for weeks. The sales associate was so kind and helpful. She asked questions about what I was looking for and helped me find something I love! The owner is also incredible and clearly cares about her customers! I can’t recommend this store enough and I will definitely be back for my next event. Thank you!!!
