If I could give no stars I would. Absolutely horrible service. They try to suck every penny out of you. Rented a unit in December (Paid prorated December and full month of January). A few weeks later I decided to close the unit since I didnt end up needing it. I was told that I would be returned the cleaning deposit if the unit was clean (which it was since i did not use it). I never got the deposit back. I called last week and Sarah was very rude to me and spoke with an attitude. I was told i did not give 15 days notice even though I had paid for the full month of January and let them know around Jan 12th. She said she would call me back after she “finds time to look at my account”. Very disrespectful I dont suggest using their service at all!!

My unit had both a rodent and cockroach problem. I saw cockroaches on two occasions, and when I pulled my stuff out of the unit, there were several mouse droppings. In addition to this, I understand that Signature Storage takes a “direct” approach to their lease and customer service, but they seem to be bordering on rude and condescending. The woman at the front desk is definitely a matter-of-fact individual, and their business could benefit from a more polite and inviting customer service mentality.

The units are fine. No complaints. The people who run the business are pretty sleezy. They'll find any reason to charge you extra and if you're 1 day past the due date on payment they put their own lock on your unit.
With other options in ellensburg, I'd avoid signature if you can.
