I have nothing but good things to say about SVA. Brandon in particular has been a great trainer to work with. He creates effective workouts and has given me good feedback on technical improvements. Since I’ve been working with Brandon, I can tell I’ve gotten stronger and my overall fitness has improved.

I have been training at Silicon Valley Athletics with Toussaint for about 2 years. Training with Toussaint has been fun and great. He’s attentive and has been instrumental in my strength training journey. Toussaint is very knowledgeable and I have seen great results since I’ve been training with him. I highly recommend Toussaint as your coach for your fitness goals.

I’ve been training with Michael, and I can’t recommend him enough! His expertise and passion for fitness are evident in every session. He tailors each workout to my specific goals and push me to achieve results I never thought possible.
