12/22 review: I had a 3pm massage booked on Tuesday. I arrived at 2:50 and waited outside the dark room of the spa until 3:20. I called and left a voicemail at 3:08 asking what was going on. I’m a good tipper and this is the third time I’ve gone to this place (or would’ve been) so I can’t imagine this was on purpose. I’m also a very understanding person. Andrew was late to the other two massages but he made up for it. This time he never showed and the spa didn’t call me back at all. I gave them over two days to call me back before I decided to change my review. This is just unprofessional. I really liked Andrew’s services but I don’t think i will be going back. Unfortunate.

This place was so cute, I would have never guessed that it was in that building. She made me downstairs we walked inside and it was so quiet and peaceful and or it was just amazing her office was decorated nice just felt really good! You could tell she really cared.
