Compassionate and friendly staff... get you in quick for emergencies. Overall great service, and the nice lake views from the rooms is a bonus.

When I first booked with silver beach dental the top review said they were frustrated this dentist sent them to collections. I am double insured and know I always pay my bills and I’m well insured I won’t have this problem. Well apparently my bill through the mail was returned to them. Interesting it one other bill had any problems but ok. Instead of calling me or my work to let me know, I assumed both my insurance had covered this visit since I hadn’t heard anything. Nope instead of calling me they send me to a collection agency my score dropped from 720 to 630. He’s a great dentist however I did read the warning review and ignored the big red flag. Pick a dentist who doesn’t ruin your score by not bothering to try to contact you. It’s funny the collections agency had no trouble calling me.
