S & B Telecom has been servicing my Professional Business over 10 years.The company / Kevin has always been responsive whenever there is an issue with the phone system (Day/Nights/Weekends). I have always preferred dealing with a smaller company whenever possible because of the personalize service and generally one-on-one type interaction vs. dealing w/ sales reps/tech/etc... Silver and Black/Kevin promises and delivers on that promise. I am grateful for his integrity and honesty which is so hard to find these days.
