Tried the El Diablo pizza tonight.
It came out undercooked and had about 1/4-1/3 of an inch of raw dough below the sauce. Pretty gross to the point of being inedible, which is a shame because the toppings were pretty good and the bottom of the crust looked good.
I really didn't care for the sauce or the crust, but I feel like all of that is shaped by it being a doughy rubbery mess.
Maybe the kitchen was behind, but for what it's worth I hate wasting food and when they offered me a box I wasn't interested in taking the rest home.
I keep giving Silver City a try and I keep leaving disappointed. For the money I think they should do a little better.
Great service and friendly staff. My kid loved the Rigatoni and cheese and our spinach artichoke dip was good enough, although I wish it had come out before the rest of the food since it was put in first.
Beers are good, it's a fun place to hang out with your friends, but I think in the future I'll eat somewhere else before meeting people here.
