One night stop at this comfortable hotel. The 70 bus stop downtown was located right in front of the hotel so it was convinced to get around without a car. Very comfortable bed, excellent hot breakfast, free laundry. Overall great stay at a reasonable price for the area.

We chose this hotel based on price and location to downtown. The hotel was very clean and the rooms well appointed. The staff was helpful and professional. We didn't have any issue during our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to someone needing to be near Fred Hutch or downtown.

Clean and modern hotel with great service. Came here for a few days for a conference at the Cancer Center right next door. The check in and check out process was quick. However, the elevator is a painfully long wait. Otherwise, the complementary breakfast was delicious, the eating area was open and clean with great views. Quick driving distance to most locations in Seattle and was quiet at night
