When my daughter attended the daycare. She was so nervous. But the teachers there made her feel so safe and happy. And not only did they make her feel safe and happy. They took the time and got her potty trained. Which was amazing. And then they taught her how to spell her name. And when she was there. They kept me informed on how she was doing. Taki g photos of her playing with friends. And eating good food. And taking her naps. And I have to say this. I looked all around the back of the photos. And the daycare couldn't be more cleaner. Just knowing that my daughter ia being taken care of by wonderful teachers. The establishment is so clean. Which is a huge plus. If I am able to give more than 5 stars. I would. Teacher's there are amazing. And they taught my daughter so much. She always smiled. But when I told her it was time to go to tje Daycare. She couldn't get out of the house fast enough. She loves everyone there. Keep up thw wonderful work guys.

Silver Lake Kindercare is full of the most caring and wonderful leaders, teachers, and assistants. Our child is not neuro-typical, she experiences her senses differently which has made it challenging for her in many ways. This team especially The Director Rachelle and her assistant Rachel have been nothing short of amazing. We started care in October where due to covid we could not enter the school or her class. They coordinated meetings to introduce staff and the grounds, sent pictures, and took their personal time to FaceTime with us to help familiarize her prior to her first day - they made us and our little so comfortable the transition from home to school was seamless and that is no easy undertaking for a child with SPD. Even now they continue partnering with me, her therapists and our school district to ensure all of my child’s needs are met. I cannot say enough positive words for how I feel about this home away from home. Thank you all for what you do - you are appreciated!!

This care center gave me the flexibility to do three day a week care for my daughter. She had a negative experience at a previous center and not only did staff acknowledge my concerns, but they also stay in contact daily through email about your kid and the teachers talk with you everytime you come in. Thank you for making my daughter feel welcome and excited about the plan for the day everytime we walked in. And a special shout out to Sonya and Lauren for their kindness!! It made her happy and excited to try new things.
