They charge me extra money for what they say it’s a MIL inside the house I rent. I’ve been paying extra 1200 a year for something we don’t use. it’s a guest area with a private bathroom, a Tiny living room and a fridge. Called them a few times asking their consideration about this, spoke with the financial manager who simply doesn’t care and takes a position of abuse of authority because works for a water supply company and unfortunately I have no other option to be served.
We are paying bills in the order of around $400 (every 2 months) and when paying the bill online they have the arrogant attitude of charging extra $4.00 for the electronic transaction.
Before living this house we lived on a couple blocks down, with same type of house and the bill had no this ridiculous extra $100 per bill. Same number of people.
