Silver Lake West Campground

We have never actually stayed in the campground as we go just a halfmile up the road and hike into the potholes. That being said, this whole area is incredible, and this is a nice area to camp.

Very quiet and peacfull. The place did not disappoint. Camp ground staff was very friendly and made there rounds through out the day. 10 out of 10. We will definitely be returning soon

My friend and I went to Silver Lake for my birthday trip. It was amazing. Denny (the forest ranger) and Jeff (camp maintenance and host) were extremely nice and helpful. They saved us when we lost all power to our trailer and thought we would have to leave early. Because of them we finished our camping with no issues. I also have to mention the cleanest pit toilets ever😅 If Denny or Jeff read this thank you both again for all you did.
