This company shouldn’t be in business, They diagnosed my system in early May 2022, told me they were ordering parts, Never did, never bothered to call me, when I called they lied to me. Horrible, Horrible company, Do Not Use you will regret it. I do!!!

Julian and Robert was amazing today they stayed over two hours until my landlord came for insurance purposes and they were polite , caring and still smiling after waiting so long I would definitely recommend them to anyone in kern county , 5 stars for them both Customer Service is excellent plus they are still here hours later and getting the job done correctly THE FIRST TIME !!

This company is great! So professional and kind. I've had others look at it but Louie was the only person to tell me it needed a new plate that has a burn mark on it. Took pictures of it to explain it to me.. I definitely won't use anyone else ever again! Thank you Silver Lining Service! Sincerely Cheryl Knox
