I have been using Silver Star for my computer parts and service for about 5 years. The proprietor Ken is an informative person and knowable about his trade. I have also used his services in recycling Monitors. You are in good hands with Silver Star Computers.

Went there about a year ago and asked about any Core 2 Quad systems. They asked me what processor it was (really?) andd I replied with "A quad core based on the Core 2 series". I was then promptly told that there was no such thing (really?!). I restated that yes, the Core 2 Quad does exist, and yes it is a quad core. I was told a second time that no, it wasn't a thing. I now purposefully avoid this place at all costs. If you can stand there and tell me that one of the most well known quad core processors didn't exist, you don't deserve my business.

Really enjoyed the our experience fixing a small laptop after they first opened. They helped troubleshoot and didn't try to upsell a simple problem.
